and you should check if the picture is fully loaded first
cause if it isnt all the way done loading, the picture doesnt come out full.

um well.
it should say "save image as"
or something like that.
if that doesnt work.
right click the picture and click "copy image" or something.
then paste it into paint or photoshop, then save it.
